They were such sweethearts, the one part of the order was wrong and 10 minutes before closing when I took it back to possibly get the correct part. They were all smiles and jumped on making the correct item in a heat beat. They even provided a little extra. They were social while I waited which I enjoy from customer service.

I’ve been coming to this place for years, but every time I visit, things seem to be getting worse. The service isn’t as good as it used to be, and the quality of the food has definitely declined. Recently, I reached my breaking point when I entered the restaurant and noticed several roaches on the floor. When I brought this issue to the attention of the employees, they simply informed me that management was aware of the problem and that it had been an ongoing issue. At that moment, I didn’t even bother placing an order; I simply walked out. From now on, I will definitely be going to the location in La Verne instead. I highly recommend avoiding this place unless you have a craving for roaches on the side.

EVERYTIME I go at night around 6ish-7ish the night crew have the best wings I’ve ever had! The wings are so juicy, tender, and wet. They always do a great job the customer service is phenomenal. There’s this one lady she’s Hispanic she is always so kind!

I don’t usually give bad reviews but this wings were too dry which is a shame cuz I see the other pictures and they look so yummy and mine were dry and even got some burnt chunks in between the sauce that hurt my molar. The garlic and parmesan wings had almost no parmesan (picture attached) I couldn’t continue eating, it was a waste. Staff was sweet and nice, they did have a crowded busy place but the quality shouldn’t change regardless and management needs to pay more attention to what the restaurant can handle unless this was a one time thing but also was my visit.

Bad service . The wait is really long. They tell you 25 min you get to the store and they have not even started the order. ALSO their online system took our money for the order but when we got there they said the system was down so they charged the card again and said they would reimburse The money that we paid from their online system. I gave them 3 weeks anf they never did . I had to dispute it with the bank as a double charge. Maybe they need staff on busy weekends but it’s such an inconvenience

Had to cancel an order and after 12 days I still haven’t been issued my refund. I’ve been told by 3 different people that they would “issue my refund” but nothing has happened. I’ve even been given the number to their district manager and left a voicemail. But she couldn’t even bother to answer my call, refund me, or call me back.

I would give this place a 0. The food and service was terrible at this location. I waited 45 min after I got there for food I ordered online. The workers were just standing around not sure what to do. There was only 1 older gentlemen working while the younger people just stood around talking. The food also disgusting. The chicken sandwich was horrible. It was a deep overly fried chicken patty thrown into a bun. Every thing they served was overly done. The soda machine was out of ice and soda. I will never come here again .
