Very disappointed. I’ve never been to Wing Stop so I decided to try it. It took 30 minutes to get our food which wasn’t a lot – 2 combos. The restaurant is very dirty and the staff seem to be very lax and have zero professionalism. It seemed as if only 1 guy there was really doing anything. Definitely will never be back to Wing Stop (at least not this location) the food was a 3. The Cajun fried corn was good though.

I always get atomic wings with lemon pepper on top. A few times I have came and they did not get it correct I spoke with a manager on my last visit, and he told me to put the request in the slot for my name which I did again today and unfortunately it was wrong again. But that is not why I am here. I wanted to say the manager on duty today was phenomenal. He came to see what my issue was. He actually cared He did not smart mouth me nor belittle me and he fix my order right away with no questions asked and apologized for their error and my inconvenience he did tell me for future references that I should probably call in my order instead of placing it on the app and I will take his advice so that I don’t have to wait per usual so let’s shine some light on to the awesome manager for awesome work and for handling the situation professionally

I don’t eat here but my kid loves wings and requested Wingstop. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived the place smelled like old grease. I walked up to the counter but waited 3 full minutes as workers walk by never acknowledging me or asking if I’d been helped. I made eye contact with the young man frying wings but he did not seem to care. The young girl on sauce has her air pods in and intentionally kept her head down. I just observe the establishment in disbelief because the customer service is non existent. 4 people working but no one steps up to the counter to see what I needed. I finally just asked aloud “is anyone coming up here? I have a mobile order to pick up.” The guy on the ice machine eventually gets my bag of food that had been on the shelve behind the counter the entire time. This place is pathetic and I’m never spending money here.

I was excited to get Wingstop on my way home from a long day of work. Only to be disappointed with the overly seasoned wings. I went with the bone in lemon pepper and Cajun. The Cajun was decent, but the lemon pepper (which is my favorite) was just inedible. The first wing was salty, but I pushed through it because I thought it was a one-off. Well, I was wrong. They poured the whole dang jar of seasoning on my poor wings. I was the last order of the night, so I know they threw my order together.

I usually love this Wingstop but today I was extremely disappointed. I ordered food for carryout at 8 to pick up at 9:30 because I knew I got off of work at 10 and my partner could pick it up before I got off so I could go home and eat after my long shift. Not only was he not able to pick it up when it was ready but he was told it would be about 15 minutes then after picking me up, we went back around 10:10 and they again told us 15 minutes. At 10:30 I went back to the counter and was ignored when I asked about my food. My food was not ready until almost 11, an hour and a half after I had set it to be picked up and almost 3 hours after I had originally ordered it. I understand it may get busy but I ordered 1 sandwich and 8 wings, it shouldn’t take that long. So after a 10 hour work day I had to sit there for an extra hour waiting for food that I should have had before I even left work. I also noticed that people who came in and ordered in store were served before us, what’s the point of ordering ahead if this is what happens?

The place was clean! The employees were cool! The food tasted great. I got the chicken sandwich combo. It was only $7.99 + tax. The variety of flavors to choose from is great. There is around 8 flavors to choose from. The fries tasted okay. The sandwich was a bit greasy. The napkin helped fixed that though. The coke machine was missing a few options because it was out. Would definitely come here again to try something else. Oh, and the fact that they provide cheese sauce at no extra cost for the combo is amazing.
