Put in an order, been waiting for 2 hours and when I went to check up on my order after 2.5 hours. they had told me they gave my order to someone else….. if I’m constantly checking up on my order and giving them the same name, how are they gonna give it to someone else and be like “yeah it’s the same lady”. After I complained to get a refund they said they’ll make it again but this time it came out in 10 minutes..Btw don’t order beverages from here online because they’re fountain machine is broken and they’ll refuse to refund it even though they don’t have what you spent your money on.

The skinny cashier behind the counter with huge eyelashes has a horrible attitude towards customers. While I was waiting in line I saw how she would literally roll her eyes at people and have such a rude tone, when they were ordering and asking her questions regarding menu options. Like common now there are many people who have never tried wingstop and want suggestions… no reason to be rude! As a customer you expect to be received with a smile and a positive attitude and not like this. I hope this issue and her attitude is fixed. Other than that the food was fresh props to the gentle men in the kitchen who as always have a positive attitude! 🙂

They need a “now hiring” sign outside. Why it always take 40+ minutes to receive my food when I’m there. Literally have to plan a trip and hour in advance just to make it somewhere in time and it’s always two people working. One on the register and another cooking..
