Been here twice ordered online thinking it would be faster , Both times it said 16-20 minutes understandable I work in the restaurant industry stuff happens places get busy but why lie on the app both times it took 50 minutes to an hour to get my order if it says the right time to show up I wouldn’t have to show up and wait I could come and just get my order to top it off the last time I went it didn’t seem all that busy staff was at least 6-7 deep so I would expect at least some urgency I sat down finally got a notification that my order was ready keep in mind I told the cashier like 15 minutes before my name and what I was waiting for I would expect some common sense to call the order out of it was ready gave them the benefit of the doubt waited 3-4 minutes after the email I walked up to the register to wait even more because all the employees were in a little group talking till finally the cashier noticed me so I asked it says on the app my orders ready so is it ? She replies what’s the name and the bag was just sitting there I’d rather drive 15 minutes to rancho mirage where they have some common sense then deal with this place that’s a block away from my house

I’d say it’s the worst Wing Stop, but they all are pretty bad. It’s the employees that make it bad. It’s a hassle to pick up food. By the time you’re done with their stupidity, your food is cold. Whoever is in charge of hiring people should be fired. On the plus side, the carrots were alright.

Waited 45 minutes from my order name was never called out but was sitting there for an extra 30 minutes because nobody would say what orders were on Ready girl at the cashwe’re too busy talking to a customer flirting back-and-forth one cook in the back looking high as h*** One random girl walking aroand 1 guy killing himself on the fries Was definitely not busy they definitely do not have any attention towards customers food was completely called I don’t think I’ll ever return to this place and I live down the street I hope to talk to a general manager tomorrow in the afternoon horrible experience I don’t know what the cruise is doing but there are a bunch of kids having fun obviously not enjoying their job Given out discounts to their people to their friends while holding other customers in line I paid $50 for something just for it to be cold I waited 45 minutes plus another 30 and she had nothing to say not sorry not any A single acknowledgment for their bad service

Kelsey was super nice and really attentive to our needs. Our girls (toddlers) we’re having a tough time and she managed to calm them down by offering treats while we waited On top of the rescue she made some suggestions on the menu that were much appreciated by my husband and I !! They’re not very smart, it stinks in there, and takes over 20 minutes to get just a simple chicken sandwich combo. Not sure how the reviews are so good. They appear to be bots with everyone just saying the same thing, that Kelsey’s service is great. Whoever owns this store I would have them send in an undercover customer and see how awful this place is for yourself.
