From beginning to end this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an establishment waited over 40 minutes for food was told 5 more minutes 10 minutes later still nothing. The cashier just stared at me I had to ask if it was okay to order. Multiple customers all experienced the same service management’s a joke rude to customers and doesn’t fix any type of situations hopefully this review can help change the service that wing stop is displaying at this location it is really bad

ZERO STARS ALL BAD! Walk in 8:30 order was told 30 min wait @9:04 checked status and my food was NOT EVEN BEING MADE. My recipe was took and I was told they lost my ticket and this time they would get my order right. Manger left and my food still not bing worked on. I asked for a second status and they have no idea what’s going on. I asked for a refund, and I was told if you want you can wait for the manager. At that point i had to wait. Anywho manger comes in and she says give her 5 min to have my food because she would have it ready and we are 10 min after that! This is ridiculous!! No food no money back

The employees were high, the cashier touched food after touching hair, clothes and money with her bare hands. The only clean employee there was a young black male who washed his hands and wore gloves. I will NEVERRR go back there. I would drive 10-15 min away before I eat there again. I went to pick up my order, upon arriving home David not give me the rent dressing that I ordered. Me and my husband didn’t have any sauce to dip our veggies with. Try to call them no one would answer the phone. I did not feel like driving up there, would have been a waste of gas in time.

First in line, by the way, Claudia (Manager) looked right past me, asking the young lady behind me, “What’d your order?” I let the young ladie finish and kindly state high can I give you my name too. She looked back at a young man and, with attitude, said he didn’t help you. I stated no. I know we’re in San Bernardino. The ppl can be rude, but not everyone who comes in is looking for a fight.

We waited for 55 minutes to get a 12 wings, this is the 2nd time this happens to us on this wing stop .. All they say is sorry 15 more minutes and that’s only cause we ask them..
