Huge disappointment! I used to love ‘dry’ Louisiana rub wing, but stop going since covid. Today i was excited to order it again for my kids because it was late for me to cook. From the time i pick up the to go box and snift it. It didn’t smell the same. When we ate it. It is not dry at all, in fact it is wet and kinda soggy. It was not very appetizing, the spice taste and smell different too. What a shame, don’t think i will order from wingstop ever again. My kids ate only one wing and the other one took only 1 bite , told me they prefer the ‘copy cat’ Louisiana wings that i make at home during covid time which they love a lot. If you used to order Louisiana wing from few years ago before covid, you will know what i am talking about, it used to be very crispy with dry Louisiana rub, not soggy sitting in grease like the one I received today. Seasoning is off too.

This Wingstop is hands down the best store to go to if you are in the mood for wings! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with friendly atmosphere and inviting feeling! The cashier Reiyna was so sweet and helpful in explaining the flavors and what is popular right now, she didn’t make us feel rushed as we browsed the menu. Once our order was placed and she kept informing us on how long it would be which was not long at all. Normally we wouldn’t leave a review but we felt she went a above and beyond to make sure our first time in a wingstop wasn’t our last. Her service alone was enough to make us come back for more! The food was absolutely amazing! We had the garlic parm wings and Korean spicy!
