TERRIBLE. I am a wingstop expert, this location is the worst. Literally any other location is 100x better. Wings and fries are always cold and stale, ALWAYS. No matter when you order. Plus the order is always late when you come pick it up. Plus every other wingstop has better packaging which doesn’t get destroyed by the hot oil. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, GO TO ANY OTHER ONE.

Went here a couple months ago and the food was good but they messed up my friends order completely and took forever to get it out, the manager on duty at the time kept rudely interjecting into our conversations in a really awkward way, and as we were leaving he was making fun of my boyfriend and really embarrassed him.

Never on time. I hate to leave a bad review. And I understand being “busy.” But time after time, this location is running way behind schedule. Either they’re short staffed or disorganized. Either way it’s a management & workflow issue. Everything is always behind and taking forever. Don’t rely on this spot for “fast” food. A 20 minute wait time is more realistically at least 45.

What a joke! I ordered from Grubhub for my son since he REALLY wanted Wing Stop…and we waited an hour in a half for this joke of food. Wing Stop gave me FROZEN grocery store fries (pictured) with no flavor and did not give me the flavor of wings I asked for. I asked for half lemon pepper and half BBQ.

I called to order a pickup and half of the conversation she wasn’t listening she kept responding with the wrong information so I said I’d order when I get there. I get there there’s this huge crowd of people and then like two people in the back just standing there talking. Then I try to order and they’ll only do combos they don’t do a solo just six or eight piece of wings, so it sounds to me like all they care about is just making more money by charging for the combo. Lost a customer wingstop!
