WARNING: They use DoorDash. This is the first and only place that didn’t deliver my food after at least a dozen orders. I haven’t seen delivery anywhere else ever fail to deliver food. I’ve had to pickup food because it wasn’t delivered to the right place. I’ve had to help drivers by phone, but this time a driver sent a photo of his leg and car gear stick, not the delivery. When the DD driver got called, he then showed up at my door and recorded me opening my door. I’ve filed complaints online along with his photo. WingStop needs to use their own drivers.

Had high hopes for their new chicken sandwich. I tried it twice hoping for a better experience the second time but unfortunately I had the same results. The bun and sauce is great but the chicken if very rubbery. Won’t be ordering again.

What can I say. Wingstop is delicious. I love lemon pepper flavor. When I order I always get all drumsticks. That’s my preference. I only recommend that you call your order ahead of time so it’ll be waiting for you when you get there. That way you won’t have to wait

Just this past Friday I placed a order for wings to take to a small gathering. It was a busy day so I purchased the wings around 4 pm and planned to return to pick them up at 5pm however I wasn’t able to pick up the order until 5:30 and upon arriving the manager Jessica informed me that she was remaking my order to ensure I’d have fresh wing. I was running late so I asked to check the original to see I could get away with those but, the new order was ready and now I’ve got two orders and the manager so kindly gives them both to me at no extra charge! I was besides my self and quit impressed with her customer care and just had to share my experience. This location is always busy but they always manage to take such good care of their customers. I highly recommend these guys.
