today is July 29th 2023. i called to place an order around 2pm a lady answered and asked if i can hold.. i said Ya no problem… 10min later and i’m still on hold… i hung up and called back… NO answer…. i waited another 10min then called back and got forwarded!!! Who ever is in charge Needs to crack the whip on these employees… and run the Show….. not get ran on!!! because if this employee fills that comfortable to work like that … Says a lot !!!SMH

This Wingstops Wings were terrible. The Wings were hard and very dry, absolutely over cooked! We ordered the lemon pepper with bone in as well as the Mango habanero and both batches were cooked extremely poor. They had no napkins, there was No trash can in the vicinity of the dining area whatsoever, I literally had to use toilet paper from the Mens restroom. In order to clean my hands thoroughly as I ate my over cooked and dry (Mango Habanero/Lemon Pepper) wings.

Very good customer service and good wings. However when you order the carrots and celery they only give you 4 pieces an order. Maybe they were running low also found hair wrapped around my carrot could’ve done without that.

Cold food. Soggy fries. Lemon pepper tenders looked like they were glazed which is a sickening amount of butter. Saucy handprint on the boxes. Unbelievably inconsistent quality. I’m not a gambling man so I won’t be coming back.
