So the food is always good. They make it fresh and have some good cooks in the back. Now, the establishment itself. Absolutely disgusting. I expected more since it is on the “greater” side of town. But it seems that every table is always dirty, trash, sauce particles old receipts. I don’t think anyone cleans it to be honest. It makes me question the kitchen but they use that often and I’m trying to be optimistic since I’m sitting here waiting for my food I just ordered. Fries were cold, asked for new fries same coke fries with like 10 fresh on top….This soda machine has been out of ice since we got here. Asked the little lady if they can refill it—15-25mins past still nothing, then they do it. Lid has been off for a cool 20mins now. Here’s some examples, this place should just be a Togo place. Order and leave. Anyhow, we’ll see if I come back.

I waited almost 45 minutes for my food to be ready. Workers were swamped from all the incoming orders and the soda machine was not even working so I paid for a drink for nothing. Word of advice. If you don’t have enough workers to meet the demand, then know when to cut off more incoming orders! I would have been fine being turned away and went elsewhere to eat.

Saw one of the guys putting the “orders to go” together and watched him literally sneeze into one of the bags he was sprinkling seasoning into. He sneezed looked around, saw me looking at him and sneezed again only this time he pulled his shirt up to cover his mouth. He could have and SHOULD HAVE turned away versus sneezing into the bag then sneezing directly at it. He washed his hands then went back to preparing the food. SMDH

I’m not normally one to leave a review, but this place was horrible. Did an online order our wings were hard as rock and dry. The fries were soggy, and my sons boneless wings were just plain with bbq sauce on top they weren’t even tossed in the sauce, all of the containers were a straight mess. Will not go there again.

Got this for a nice lil 25 dollars. The atomic is not as hot as I’d like. I have a very high tolerance to heat in food. The flavors were excellent. The Louisiana dry rub was decent although a bit salty. Buffalo fries on point. Was about a 30 min wait due to customers and online orders which I understand also working in the food business. Overall a very good meal nice atmosphere very friendly staff. Will be going back.

fries came out soggy after i ordered them to be extra crispy, wings only had like one bite of chicken the rest was all bone, the ranch was whatever and the soda was good. Overall, very disappointed because wing stop is so overhyped but maybe it was the workers or whatever.
