It’s really good. I got 2 extra wings, and an extra thing of fries. Service was fine, and the chicken was really good. The sause is really good flavor wise, but when I finished my wings, there was a POOL of melted butter in the bottem. It is fairly well priced, and the food is yummy, but a fair warning is that is a gut bomb.

The food and employees were great. The service was a little slow. I called in my order and it took over 25 minutes to receive it. When I walked into the business there was only one other customer. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. I don’t know exactly what was going on at that day, but my order was perfect it just took a little longer than expected.

I truly wish I would’ve avoided this situation and not have come to this location. After hanging up with the “manager” on the phone after she was being rude. I walk into the restaurant and find Kambria talking bad about me just because I asked her to do three sauces even if I had to pay extra. Keep in mind in every location I have gone I was able to do this. It is completely unprofessional to speak about customers especially in front of them. Of course she had no idea I was in the restaurant. I hope that nobody else has this experience. We will no longer buy Wing Stop, just because we do not support the bad customer service coming from the restaurant and corporate.

Ordered a 50 piece family pack of bone in wings and half of them were undercooked and bloody near the bone. I left a comment on their website to receive a call back or an email and tried to call the store but did not get an answer back. Poor customer service and satisfaction, why do they have a section on their website dedicated to reviews, comments, and concerns if they’re not going to follow up with feedback. Poor business in San Luis Obispo, there is no place for that type of work ethic in our county.

Like any other wingstop, there will be a wait time.. We were there a saturday night so we thought it’d be full but it wasn’t all that bad. We ordered the 50 family piece and the wait time was probably about 15-20 minutes. The good thing is that there areplaces around you can go.We went to buy boba in the meantime. The staff was friendly. They didn’t seem grumpy or anything. The price is the same as any other wingstop. Definitely would return. It is a cheaper alternative to a lot of things.
