Despite the website telling us our order would be ready in 20 minutes, it took nearly 45 minutes. It seems like we came at a busy time, around 6:50 PM on a Friday night. Additionally, the boneless chicken we received were small and scrappy, and one of our fry orders were extremely burnt and greasy, indicating that we got the bottom of their batch that they probably got cooked over multiple times due to high volume. Some of my boyfriends wings were cold in the middle so he even warmed them up when we got home. Our blue cheese sauce was weirdly flavored as well, kind of tasted like a creamier/milder ranch. Everything still tasted pretty good, but we were still disappointed considering the wait.

The food is as good as any wingstop. But it seems like every time I go to the valley central way location there is always a problem with my order. Sometimes they dont give me my whole order. And when they do it takes a very long time. I waited more than an hour for two 8 piece combos and it wasn’t a very busy night seemingly. This tends to be a trend

I ordered online, waited until the timer was done, went inside to pay and the cashier messed up and couldn’t give me change until another random person came in to pay, but that could only happen after I waited another 20 minutes for my food that I ordered an hour before. There were no bags on the shelf or more than 4 people in the restaurant. I don’t understand the issue.

Wing stop is a 5 star in general but this location sucks , the cooks need to be retrained , I ask for them well done and the wings come out soft and soggy sometimes really greasy , overpriced for the quality you get , you’re probally better off ordering wings from coaches !

Good food, high quality, good sauces. Way too cold inside the place. Too sterile looking when the entire staff is wearing masks since the pandemic is much lower now. Locked bathrooms is strange. (You need to get someone to open the door). Too high priced. Nice staff.
