Messed up my order, went back to fix and their only resolution was to remake the food. I already paid for that from the beginning, what else do you do for your mistakes? Lesson learned check your entire order in front of them before leaving the location.

Slow. Order is never ready on time. Typically 15 – 20 minutes after it is supposed to be ready. It’s like they don’t start the order until you arrive which is pointless to order ahead.

I went there close to 11:30pm. Elias took my order. He was very professio nal and friendly. I couldnt believe that his shift was nearly over, Im sure he was tired and he STILL provided excellent customer service. I asked him a question about my order and he calmly explained everything to me. My mind was blown! Great job Elias!!! Oh, the food was good too.

I’m very unpleased with my food once again my experience here shows how i will know longer return to eat at this location and i will be calling the corporate office on this location for the issues as followed. I will start off with my food being soggy after waiting for for about hour. My French fries where greasy and under cooked . I went to use the restroom and i almost broke my neck because the floor was greasy and slippery. The water was already running when i went to wash my hands and the hot water was the only thing that worked and when trying to turn to cold water it just became even hotter. When speaking to a manger i was told she was unaware of this problem which I highly doubt if you are unaware and you wash your hands when visiting the restroom. I did let them know if that water and floor is like that you shouldn’t continue to let it be a risk to customers safety. This location i have had other issues in the past and i did try to look past the issues before and try to give it a change but they provee correct ever time.

been going here for years now I’m totally dissatisfied with this location, found a long strand of hair in my food toward the end and once I contacted the manager he told me to bring them in, once I came in with the left overs I had he stated he will remake my order. At that moment I didn’t want them anymore due to being disgusted of what I discovered so I asked for a credit which he said he will honor next time I come in. 3 days later I made an order and now the manger saying he can only refund me with the wings that was left over when he said he will completely remake my order. this is ridiculous .

Ordered online around 4:30pm and scheduled it to be picked up at 5:15pm. Got there during my lunch break at 5:35pm and it wasn’t ready, so I waited. Food was finally ready at 6:00pm. The whole time, a couple of employees were at the front on their phones since it wasn’t busy. Definitely a great use of company time. Wingstop employees tend to take their sweet time which is why I put the pick up time much earlier than my lunch. If you want your food to be ready almost an hour after your pick up time (or an hour and a half after you ordered it) go here. 🙂

Don’t know how people eat this, it was pure salt and I like salty food. I started vomiting after 2 bites, there’s no chicken flavor on any of their chicken, just salt. Not even my dogs ate it. In my life I have wasted money in garbage like this. It’s an embarrassment to call this food.

I ordered online and went to the location. When I gave my name, I was told it would take 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, they said another 5 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and gave my name again. They found my order on the shelf that was sitting there for over 10 minutes!!!! When I said it was sitting there the whole time i was waiting, employee said thank you and good night and abrubtly walked away. Nothing was done. Food was cold and fries were soft. I usually give restaurants and stores the benefit of the doubt, but not this time. I will not be coming back to this or any other Wingstop in the future.

The food is always good and decent thankfully. But the only issue with this location is the time they take to put out orders. Reasonably I know wings are popular in the AV and there always busy with orders after orders.
