So i call wingstop to tell them that I order 8 and only 7 pieces of wings in there and that I was missing one. The gentleman on the phone start yelling out to everyone a there’s a Miguel that’s missing one wing and he kept yelling out about 7 times. Then He puts me on hold and doesn’t come back. So I end up hanging up. And there’s no number to leave a complaint for that wingstop.

Delivery arrived missing multiple items. Neither the employee who answered the phone nor the manager could do anything to help me, nor did they offer any real assistance. I asked for the items to be refunded and they couldn’t help me with that and tried to redirect me to their customer service which is just a bunch of terrible forms that got me nowhere. Awful customer service. Give me what I paid for or give me my money back.

On 2/3/22, We ordered 50 pieces of wings and other food for $70. They packed it in a bag and taped it up. We were advised not to break the seal. We trusted that they had the count correct. The time we got home, the kids had opened the box and began eating the wings and fries. While the kids were eating, we started to notice there were only 2 boxes that had chicken wings. There’s typically 4 boxes of chicken wing for 50 peices. There’s no way 50 chicken wings fit in two boxes.
