It was amazing quality. I had gotten the mild chicken tenders with original hot sauce for the side and… It was really good the batter didn’t fall off. The sauce was spread well, and the chicken tasted great! I was served by a really nice lady. The atmosphere was clean and fresh. A lot better compared to the last time I was here!

Corporate should really vex their potential employees, I just came to my local Wingstop in Madera,ca and I was denied service I understand not taking anymore orders at 12 or near 12pm but I was standing in line for 30+ minutes I arrived at 11pm and the new female employee that was working the shift on 3/30/23 ignored me and other potential customers wen she could have legitimately have took our order instead she gave attitude and ignored customers like we weren’t there. She then decided to “attend us” at 11:45pm wen she was clearly free the entire time and was an extra hand while the cook was doing his job and completing orders just so she can tell us she is not taking anymore orders. She stalled us not to mention deny revenue for the Wingstop franchise! I have been a very big contributor to this Wingstop and tonight I urge the community to question if this is the type of service we deserve. We are paying customers!

I’ve been here 4 times within the past month an a half. It depends on who’s cooking as to how the wings turn out. I took my mom and brother here at separate times and my husband and I have visited twice. The first time my husband and I went the wings were perfect, had a lot of seasoning/sauce and the wings skin was crispy on the outside. The time I took my mom, they were good as well. The second time my husband and I went and the time I took my brother, the wings were cooked, but had little to no sauce/seasoning and the skin was not crispy, so wasn’t very good. The employees are friendly, the bathrooms are pretty clean, it’s usually busy. Now that I have a feel for the employees, depending on who’s working we’ll just ask for our wings to be cooked a little longer. Photo with veggies sticks was one time when the wings weren’t crispy and barely any flavor. Other photo was when they were crispy and had a lot of sauce/seasoning. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Employees are nice. We will keep coming back.

Most of our wings looked this way and they tasted plain, cooks didn’t put enough seasoning like they usually do and our fries were pretty soggy and extra oily we didn’t eat much.. after spending $50 most of it was thrown away.

Awful service no management in store. The employee were in the back talking etc no one at the front to greet customers for 18 minutes I set a timer. They mixed up the person before med order had her wait about 40 minutes

I ordered my food at 7 pm and it estimated an hour wait. Arrived and was told to wait another half hour. When the order was finally ready we had took it home only to find that they didn’t include the thing we went for which was the wings!! I doubt that it takes and hour and a half to make fries and prep veggie sticks. If the cook was more focused on his job rather than flirting with the girls maybe his orders would be correct and efficient. When I mentioned that my order was incorrect and the cashier informed him the response was “they can wait”. This is the worse service I have seen.
