It took 55 minutes to get my wings instead of the 22 it said online ,the food was great and properly seasoned , the staff seamed like they couldn’t speak without cussing and don’t get me started on thier attitude. Wing stop should properly train the face of the restaurant. The employee started out by saying “what do you want” to the customer in front of me , myself and behind me.

I walked inside Wingstop to try out their menu. I ordered and sat down waiting for it. I would have continued to wait if I hadn’t asked about my order. It turned out that they lost my order completely. I re-ordered again, and my food was terrible. It was overcooked and hard, but it did smell wonderful. The atmosphere was not friendly at all. There were dozens of kids running around, and a place for teenagers to hook-up.

The place was nice, the people seemed patient, but they gotta stop losing tickets, it’s the second time I eat there and both times I’ve waited longer than 20 minutes for my food, too many cooks in the back to be losing my ticket and having to make my food after I ask for it.

The lady spaced out when taking our order, then finally snapped out of it and apologized. Then I told her I didn’t need a lid for my drink cup, so she threw it in the trash. The whole point of me not using a lid was to reduce waste. Then she later asked if i wanted a lid and threw that one in the trash when I said no. Food was ok but salty.
