Disappointed .. asked for parm on my fries with the regular seasoning and I got none ! Just plain fries. My garlic parm wings had no parm on them and when I picked it up, the worker was smirking like he knew something was wrong with my order. I’m pregnant . It’s just so bad!! It’s my first time in Modesto and this is what I experienced. I waited over an hour for my food. And it was given to me in a greasy bag. Staff need to be retrained, because it was just horrible customer service. And half of them were just rude and didn’t want to work.

So i just ordered online using the app, waited 30 minutes and the order is marked complete, I head to the store and there is at least 8 other orders theyre working on and nobody at the cash register. I have the yell to the back of the store to get someones attention. There is one guy who is a lot older who says theyre still working on my side. I said why do you mark the order ready if its not ready? He asked if I want my food or a refund (instead of answering my question) so I said refund. He said it will be refunded in 3-4 days. I asked his name and he refused to give me his name. Terrible store, avoid at all costs.

Incredibly slow. Tenders are the size of a large boneless wing. Half the boneless wings are the half the size of a McDonald’s McNugget. Flavor is good, quality is trash.

I cannot think of a worse Wingstop. Every few months I attempt to try them, four times now, and each time there have been issues. This delivery of a 15 piece meal, with an extra fry and sauces. I received 15 drumsticks, not a single wing included, and neither order of my fries. You know why I ordered a second fry to begin with, because all four times I have been missing at least one of my fries. Well this is the last time I order here. I’ll be choosing Fire Wings or Indian Pizza and Wings, where they at least give me the items I ordered.
