Dont come to this wing stop!!! We came in at 7:10 and waited for almost 2 HOURS!!! For a 20 piece and fries. And to add on that the wings were mediocre at best they needed more flavor the ranch was chuncky! CHUNCKY!!! 1/10 do NOT i mean do NOT recommend!! We were unsatisfied and were upset for the wait along with the purchase go down to turlock and find better results! ♂️ it wasn’t even good

Today was my first time coming to this wing stop today and I promise I’ll be continuing to keep coming back. Food was wonderful. People behind the counter were very professional, polite and helpful. Everyone of these employees impressed me by the speed how they handled taking my order, to me walking out with my order. Food was still hot when I got home and I enjoyed every bite. Thank you for making my Tuesday a little bit better.

So I waited on the phone almost 20 minutes got from one side of town to the other then they finally pick up and asked me to take my order and I said I’m already here then I get my order I asked did you give me my extra ranch she said no charges me almost 5 dollars for two extra ranches I get home I look in the bag she already gave me the ranches so I just got charge five dollars for two extra ranches which I already had in the bag This is an opportunity I gave them because I haven’t been there in a long time to make up for bad service, and I expected the unexpected same terrible experience so I was shocked with the price for two extra ranches, and I still got charge for him even though I didn’t need them there’s a photo

I’m convinced any rating over 1 star for this place is fake. I don’t even leave reviews but I’m doing the public a service by telling everyone to not order from this restaurant. Over 2hour wait times. When they give you an updated quote time after you’ve already been waiting they’re just saying a time to get you to walk away. I asked how she got that number and she wasn’t able to tell me. App says food will be done in 45 min but be prepared to wait over two hours after you’ve already waited.

Walked in a Friday night, 7:30. Plenty of empty tables but wait time for getting food was 1 HOUR! So we left and went to Fire Wings on Tully and Standiford. Amazing place! Large, several screen tvs, nice long tables, tall tables, short tables, bar/counter. Service outstanding. Easily accommodated our very large group and food took 10 min! Highly recommend this location over wingstop, which is small, boring and understaffed.
