Excited to take my daughter here for her first time but unfortunately we never had a chance to eat. Wait was 36 mins which I was perfectly okay with but heard crew laughing and playing around the entire time. Waited for over the 36 mins asked about my food and turns out kitchen never received my order…probably got missed somewhere in the laughing chaos. Was told it would be made but I had already waited for ever I just got my refund. Bad night.

I just called to ask what frying oil options they have. Well, they use soy oil to fry everything. So not gluten free either. Anyway, my doctor has recommended I stay away from soy, canola, corn, or any highly processed oil. Beef tallow, pork fat, avocado oil, and olive oil were what my specialist recommended I cook my food in. I just spoke to the manager and asked that they please consider offering a natural option to fry our food in. I don’t mind paying more, because better for you oils are more expensive. Hopefully more people agree and can take the time to call and request natural oils. Buffalo wild wings frys their wings in beef tallow. Just thought I would put it out there in case anyone else was wondering.

There was a bit of a wait but the gentleman who was sweeter than all get out made sure to let me know before I ordered ! He made my day he talked about the Christmas decorations and I told him I was a total grinch but he definitely gave me some of that Christmas spirit it was nice to feel that again it’s been a couple years since I’ve had that feeling his name was Adrian he has amazing customer service the best I’ve seen in a long long time!

I picked up my order to go. I got home and my chicken was ice cold, and they had used oil that had become rancid. There were signs when I arrived that I unfortunately chose to ignore. When I arrived the doors were being held open with chairs. There was a faint smell of bad oil. When the lady came to get my payment there was sauce on her hands, no gloves, and she did not wipe her hands before using the register. I don’t usually post negative, but someone can get sick. I at 2 pieces of chicken and had to throw the rest of my order away. NEVER AGAIN.

Consistent inconsistency. There have been times that I go and the food is on point, and there have been times that the food has been sub-par, and the sub-par times have far outweighed the good times. There needs to be a change of management/attitude there, because I’m tired of ordering food, just to find out my chicken is in a pool of grease, I’ve been given the wrong thing, or I’ve been shortchanged somewhere.
