I placed an order early in the morning for my meal to be ready at 12:45pm. They’re short staffed so I am not going to slam the employees as they were doing the best they could on a busy NFL playoff weekend. But my order was missing two things and the fries were undercooked badly. On a side not the location has gone down hill. Trash everywhere and the parking lot was flooded. I spent $50 exactly. Didn’t get what I paid for.

Store is really dirty. The floor is sticky. I went to the restroom and it was really dirty, it smelled bad toilet paper everywhere on the floor. The toilet was broken, it honestly looks like a public restroom in a park.

Order ahead or be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait. The place seemed busy, but 25 minutes for two chicken sandwiches seems ridiculous. The fries were just okay, but might have been good if they had been freshly cooked. As it was, they seemed like they were done at 15 minutes and sat the extra 10 minutes for our sandwiches to finally be done. I’ll pass on going back.

This is the 5th time that they are missing an item out of my order. I had asked them to double check and I was told it has been. Not only that, but when I got home my food was cold and like it had been sitting for more than 15 mins. I live 3 mins away from this place n showed up 10 mins prior to what they had told me my food will be ready! Worst experience ever. Will NOT be goin back anymore!

Placed my order at 2:22 and scheduled it for carryout @3:30 I arrive by 3:30 and was told it was gonna be a 10 minute wait so I figure it was fine. Then 40 minutes went by while several other people were served first and multiple Doordash orders. I figure they were either running behing or something it took way longer than the intended pick up time which seemed pointless if it wasn’t gonna be ready by the pickup time. Probably short staffed which I hold no blame on but gotta do better

The food is good… they often rarely screw that up, but its hit or miss when it comes to timeliness when ordering…. wait times are often long and inaccurate and you end waiting longer than the expected times… 5 minutes turns to ten minutes etc… Ive never seen the same staff working as it seems like there is a lot of turnover… I’d prob eat here more often if there was consistency… they would also get five stars
