The employee that was working tonight on 8/13/23 at (9pm), has been rude every single time that I’ve come in. He is heavy set, and has black dreads that he wears sort of in a bun on his head. I don’t know his name. He has horrible customer service, and lacks basic people skills. I pick up orders from here all the time and he doesn’t acknowledge me. He has a harsh tone in his voice and makes rude comments about the different people names of the doordashes that I pick up. He lacks basic manners like thank you, have a nice day. It’s bizarre that he works in customer service. The last couple months he wasn’t working the cash register and was more in the cooking area. He should not be working at the register, or interact with customers in anyway.Please, fix this, it’s been so unpleasant coming to wingstop.
