This store is so disgusting!!!! Very very dirty! The floor was very slippery in the dining area, it had like an oily film over the whole thing. The ice/soda machine was absolutely disgusting!!! I’ve worked at a place with a ice/soda dispenser where we took it apart every evening and sanitized it, this thing has not been taken apart … probably EVER! Lots of slim and black mold up in there. Can’t see it all in the photos but i circled some spots you can see. These guys need to do some major cleaning. Can’t imagine what the areas where they prep food looks like

Well my last Wingstop experience was amazing which is what caused me to stop in at this location. This location has caused me to never go to a Wingstop ever again. Workers at this location are incompetent and will never amount to anything other than working fast food. Fry’s were under cooked got 6 wings when I paid for 8. Asked if it was to dine in to go which I said dine in and they still made it to go. Girl was to high to know how to operate the register. Took 25 mins to get my food. Just down right horrible. Save your money and go somewhere else

More often than not, wings are seasoned well and NOT frequently too dry. I’m partial to the dry rubs (specially: Louisiana Rub, Hot Honey Rub; ….the Garlic Parmesan is hit or miss) I agree, the fries are particularly tasty. The best part is (main reason why I have 5/5) my kids like eating here; they’re by no means food critics, but they have a strong opinion on what they like and don’t like …they like.

Not extremely terrible. Service was okay. Although when I walked in, nobody greeted for at least 60 seconds of me sitting at the counter. A polite “we’ll be right with you” would’ve sufficed, instead they all just looked at me. Our fries were a very dark brown color, and not seasoned that well. My boneless wings were great. My mom order bone in lemon pepper and mild, and only got lemon pepper. I may give them another chance but not anytime soon.

The customer service at this location is consistently HORRIBLE! They do not answer their phone at all even if they are not busy. I have called in for 20 minutes before with no answer. If they are running behind they will not give you a heads up. I waited for 45 MINUTES once and each time I checked in with them they stated my food should be right up. It got to the point where me and another customer asked for a refund. The cashier stated the manager would have to do it and she kept blowing us off. She was literally in a location in the kitchen where we could see her and she refused to make eye contact with us. She waited us out for 10 minutes until our food was done ON TOP OF the 45 minutes we already waited and the poor guy requesting a refund with me was on crutches! If you want your food in a decent time there are plenty of other locations that do a much better job. I would avoid this one.

Me and my coworkers eat out once a week. We decided to get wing stop. When we went in to order it looked like a complete chaos. We were ordering and noticed the whole floor in the back was wet I asked the cashier if that’s normal she said they were cleaning it. People working back there were slipping. One guy was making our fries he literally sneezed on the side of his shirt and kept proceeding with pouring the cheese on the fries. Another person was cleaning the oil machine in the middle of all the orders. It was so unsanitary because the food was being made and in middle of that everybody was cleaning and mopping. It looked disgusting. Me and my coworkers were looking at each other like never coming here again.
