2 times in a row this location messed up my order. The first time was major by giving me the complete wrong bag and when I called in to tell them about it they said they couldn’t refund me but they “put my name on the books” for a free meal and to just say “hey my name is on the books” next time I come in. I’m sorry but that’s completely sketch and unprofessional. The second mess up on a completely different order months after the first, I ordered for delivery, paid for extra ranch and got no ranch at all. Not even the dips my order came with. Half the reason I get wings is to drown them in that fire garlic ranch. So I call to ask them to deliver the ranch that I paid for and they said they couldn’t but they could reimburse me for the ranch I said alright fine let’s do that. They then proceed to ask me if I have cash app so they can send me my refund.

I ordered $37 dollars worth of food to find a fried roach in my food. I called and spoke with Shift Manager Dominique who argued with me and insinuated I was lying stating their store does not have roaches. I simply asked for a refund and she stated the only way I was getting a refund was if I brought the food back at 9:00 pm. She was beyond rude and disrespectful. I plan to contact the health department and send a email with picture to every news station. Don’t eat at this place.

This store has really gone downhill. The inside of the store was filthy. The tables and chairs were all sticky and there was food on the floor. It was 1130am and the place was empty. The fries were oily and gross-the worst French fries experience I have ever had anywhere. The boneless wings were ok but also oily. There are better options for lunch and I am never coming back.
