we went to eat on 5/27 around 8pm. The customer service we got was awful, the soda machine was all out except coke, and there was no napkins and ice. We called someone who was white and had long hair and told him we needed ice, he looked at us with a dead face and just said “yea” and walked away with a lot of attitude. He preceded to take his hair down and tie it out front which is disgusting because hair can fly into the food. They gave us our fries after we finished eating and we’re about to head out, the fires were very salty and soggy as well. We told them we wanted dine in and they packed our food to go. Overall this place is a 2/10 and will not be coming back to this location because of customer service, sanitary conditions, and lack of inventory.

I made an order online and accidentally set it for this wing stop instead of the one in my town, and I called to see if they would be able to just give the food to someone else so they could have it instead of the food being wasted. They never answered the phone, so i’d assume the food was thrown away.

Don’t waste your time here, you will just be disappointed. The service is terrible, I came here on a weekday in the evening time and the 2 employees working obviously did not want to be there. The couldn’t be more indifferent to the customers, and they moved so slowly it was frustrating to watch them work. The kitchen is visible from the counter, and watching the staff drag their feet and not take their job seriously was irritating. Then there is the quality of the food, YUCK! The wings were soggy and we’re obviously not fresh. The fries were burnt and scattered in the paper bag because they did not properly pack them. I don’t plan to ever go here again. The wings at any of the pizza places like Steve’s Pizza or Woodstocks are much better and not anymore expensive.

Wouldn’t give them a 1 star. Everytime we go here they give us, some way or another they keep geting the order wrong. Today is the 3rd strick your out. 3 mild peaces of chicken when out of 8? Allways high prices for jippping then what the menu says, Were did the count go? And last time got the order wrong had two drive back to many times don’t do it,wrong order completely, go to canes chicken instead. Save you the head ack.

(F) I’ve been eating here for years and the last three times I went the food has tasted horrible / weird, to the point that I throw my food away. The staff hasn’t exactly been rude to me but I have seen them be rude to other customers. They have been dismissive and seem to have no sense of urgency. Their drink machine always seems to be out of a variety of beverages and the lobby is more messy every visit. I will not be going back for a few months with hopes that the quality of food and service improves. I would have gave a zero star review if it was possible. (F)
