I had ordered chicken tenders , fries and a coke to go. I get home and I had wings instead of tenders. I called them and asked if I could bring them back and pay the difference to get my tenders and they would not do it. Terrible customer service terrible, terrible terrible. I spent $67 for my sons birthday and got all the way home and they didn’t give us out fries..when I called the lady told me the manager would call me right back.. never received a call. I understand it was just the “fries” but it’s my son’s favorite place and we drove all the way there and zero customer service. This is why I don’t support chain restaurants!!! These guys make the best Wingstop wings in the area and they are usually fast. If they’re super busy, they will give you a realistic wait time for your food. I would recommend ordering/picking up in person because the food is much better when it hasn’t been sitting in a delivery driver’s thermal bag for 20+ minutes. Wings (and fries) are just better when eaten as fresh as possible. If you have to order delivery, maybe stick them in the oven/air fryer for 5 extra minutes to crisp them up a bit!

Don’t provide a phone number if no one is going to answer the phone. I’ve been here several times and each time I called at least 10 times to place an order and no one answers the phone. I want to place my orders over the phone, not online. This is the last time I am going to get food here. This is ridiculously poor service.

Ordered a 50pc family meal (1/2 classic/ 1/2 boneless) at 5:30 and was told it would be ready for pick up in 20-30 mins. I arrived at 6, finally received my food at 6:20. Get home and open the bag. There’s zero boneless wings and missing one flavor of the classic ones. I call and they tell me to come back and they would fix it. I asked how long it would take and they told me 20 mins. I head back and wait, should have been ready by 6:55pm. I finally received my food at 7:20. While waiting I hear the manager complaining about why I didn’t bring the food back to prove they messed up (which I wasn’t asked to on the phone). The manager was incredibly rude to me and unapologetic.
