The food here is terrible. I should have listened when my mom told me how bad it was. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with seasoned fries, which I guess is just called regular fries. They gave me cold seasoned sweet potato fries, and the chicken sandwich was also cold and the bread was getting soggy because of the mild sauce that must have been sitting for awhile. I’m pretty sure they handed me an old meal. Even the soda syrup wasn’t right, and when I told the counter staff nothing was done. This place is disgusting and should be checked by the health department.

It’s hit or miss. one time we picked up our order and it was the wrong order. When I got home we figured it out and we ate it anyways. It was good. The fries were awful, to much seasoning and undercooked. Our next order was good, except for the fries, I even requested light seasoning, cooked longer and they still came out salty. We like the wings, not a fan of the fries.

Every time I order I always make sure to click the extra seasoning for my fries and the last couple times were seasoned ok so I dealt with it but this time I barely got four fries where I could taste any seasoning. The more I ate of them the more disappointed I got. I used to be able to eat them on their own they were so good but now I have to eat them with my wings otherwise they’re too plain.

So I’m editing my review. I used to love love love Wingstop. I literally just left there very upset and very irritated I am in a rush so I ordered my food online. I usually always order my food online that way when I get inside I don’t have to wait for too long. So I get there tell the lady my name and she goes oh is there anybody else who would have picked up your order for you? No. Nobody else would have picked up my order. I am a single mom. So she goes and tells me that I have to wait because somebody already picked up my order and somebody gave it out and they have to wait until the manager comes back or until somebody comes back because she doesn’t know what she’s doing. I really really hope that when I call they can get this refunded because that’s ridiculous I specifically place my order online to not wait place to head 30 minutes ago why is my food given out to somebody else how is my food giving out to somebody else for what reason would somebody else have my name Tamara Parsons why would they say my name and you give them my food. I will edit this rating once I speak to somebody on the phone hopefully everything can be resolved.

Ya know…the folks over at this wingstop work hard, generally with good attitude (except for the overly tattooed guy). Tonight the wait time posted online was abnormally long due to being short staffed. 3 ladies working their butt off in there cranking out orders. Because of the hustle I saw I waited patiently. Unfortunately the Manger had to come in with her young package lol but they got it all done. I was impressed. And other past when the have made.mistakes they have always fixed them. No questions asked. Stay patient friends,it is the only chicken spot open late in the area. Great job.
