I used to love Wingstop and haven’t ordered from there for a minute. Tonight I ordered a simple 8 peice boneless 1/2 parm and 1/2 spicy. I waited a good 40min to an hour for my food to arrive which used to take like 20-30min. Then when I went to eat the food I absolutely loved the fries but man these wings are oily and just taste different than what I remember.

The lady who helped me was rude and had an attitude. She swiped my card and said it’s not working and asked if I had another form of payment after only trying once and didn’t even move to another machine to see if it was that machine not working, after I paid her cash I went to subway and bought a cookie with my card to see if it was my card and my card went through perfectly fine so it was her machine. Then after that I got my food and they hardly gave me any fries after paying $13 for a meal so I asked for new ones. Very poor customer service skills and they don’t even acknowledge customers coming in the business. Will not be back there to many disappointments.

I usually love wing stop but, I paid extra to get cheese fries, but I got them to go so I politely asked if they could put the cheese on the side so once I got home they wouldn’t be soggy. The manager told me no and that I would have to order an extra side of cheese sauce, and as I looked at her confused I said “so I should pay more for an extra side even though your still gonna cover the fries in cheese anyways?….” I don’t usually complain but you’d think I asked for an arm and leg lol. After spending over 20$ for 5 tenders these guys are strict with a small to go cup. Don’t ask for a cup for water or they may charge you

Im actually giving them 0 stars if it would let me. The staff were so rude and we go there quite a bit so you lost a good customer and if i dont get my money back ill file a fraud claim and or see you in court. We placed a large order on 7/27 and after 3 hours never recieved the order they lost it twice then canceled it who knows what happened to it.. I was talked to rudly and the driver waiting on our order she said she had never been treated so awful. Im also still waiting for my refund. I will never go back there unless they want to make this right. If you look at the reviews it’s a common theme of very unhappy customers. If I owned a company I’d be very concerned with such negative reviews. Shame on you for running such an awful business.

Garbage. Waited 20 minutes for a sandwich and fries. Employees standing around talking, pulling out their phones touching their dirty screens and then our food. Fries were soggy, sandwich was just OK. No garbage can in here either. When I asked the employees if there was one, they were rude and mentioned the one outside of the restaurant.

Terrible terrible food. Paid $62.00 for this order! Fries were burned and tasted terrible. The chicken did not taste right and was full of grease. By the time we got home there was a bowl of grease at the bottom of our chicken! I ordered online, had I gone into this restaurant first I would have turned around and walked out. It was filthy !!!
