The food was okay, about as good as you would expect from a chain. Not as spicy as Buffalo Wild Wings. The customer service was lacking though. We ordered dine-in, but they packed ours to go. Even after they realized the mistake, they didn’t do anything to fix it. Also, there is no trash can here.

I travel quite a bit… This is the worst Wingstop I ever been to. Messed up my order twice in 2 weeks… Tried to order Louisiana Rub, they apparently dont know what that is. Talked to the manager, he is trying to convince me the silly Latin lemon herb flavoring is Louisiana Rub. I’ll never order here again.

We love wing stop but there are times when they do fall behind and the orders are not ready for pickup even when you call them in order through the app he may have to wait a little a bit while there. The chicken is hot and made to order so it’s always fresh I’ve never had old tasting chicken or chicken that has tasted like it set out to long. Back uncertainly happen at some of these fried chicken places, but not here. The fries are anticlimactic being that they are fresh natural cut fries but the most bland and flavorless fries I’ve had thus far. The last online we placed charged us for an extra lemonade, which was okay but when I told the cashier that was an error, she didn’t offer a refund, she gave the two lemonades instead, and kept the money..hmm. its all good, get it how you live playa! But you can’t beat the bundle prices for that good chicken! We order to the office often so you can’t beat the prices for the quality! Just stop putting the that fairy dust on my fries and we good

I ordered on the website because they recommend it. Little did I know they use the same third-party delivery service on their website but underdeveloped, extremely confusing way. I ordered at 6:50 and it said it will be delivered at 7:47 and I was waiting until 7:50, all of a sudden it said order is completed on the website. I was confused called the restaurant asked what’s going on they said oh we didn’t even start the order yet, we will make it right now. I was waiting another hour and called and asked they said oh someone picked up your order wait for another 20 mins. I called again after 30 mins and they cancelled my order. But I waited 2hrs and a half because I really wanted some wings and ordered on UberEats again. An hour they sent me wrong order, I ordered classic bone-in lemon pepper wings and they gave me bbq boneless chicken I ate it anyway because I was hungry, now it got me sick. I am just speechless.

This specific Wingstop is a joke. I ordered my food for a specific time to be picked up and when I got there earlier than I had planned, they said it was ready. I got home and the food was freezing cold, I had to warm everything up, and I was missing things from my order. When I called to let them know, the manager Deni, said he printed off store credit for me and that I could come in and get my order made for me again… with everything in it. A week later (today) I called to make my order and they transferred me to 3 people before telling me I needed to come in. So I drove to the place and all the employees acted like they didn’t just talk to me on the phone. Then they said they could give me 10% off if I ordered a meal. Not only do the people who work here make things up, but the employees are not helpful and I could see them laughing in the back when I walked in. Awful.

I got the 15 wings for two special these wings were so overcooked it was literally like eating chicken jerky!!!! Also I ordered the Louisiana rub in the bottom of the container was complete oil or butter when it’s supposed to be a dry rub also had a weird smell to the wings plus the establishment was extremely dirty I gave it two stars because the fries were hot and nicely cooked I worked in a bar and restaurant and specialized in wings and these wings were already pre-cooked and waiting for people to order Then they just sauced them and taped the bag up so you couldn’t check before you left. Won’t come back to this location!!! But I will drive to the Bellevue location instead…
