The worse store ever. Every time we order from them they are not consistent with their quality always there is no enough seasonings so we asking for extra seasonings just to be a little bit better this time we order it with extra seasonings as well came out almost without any seasonings and was very dry like just fried wings and that’s it I could do it at home and save me the money I paid. I will NEVER buy from them again it’s just wasting money and I am so frustrated. This order it supposed to be lemon pepper EXTRA SEASONINGS.

I’m just not a fan of their product, especially their chicken sandwich. Wingstop found everything I don’t like about fast-food chicken and doubled down on it. Apparently I’m in the minority here because this place was slammed beyond their capacity to keep up. The fire marshall would close the place just due to the size of the crowd inside the space.

This place has definitely stepped it up since the last time I’ve been here. not sure if it is under new management or not but I was very happy with the service I received. I called in my order because normally it would take unusually long. This time it was right on time and they even called me to let me know my order was ready. The customer service was a lot better and the wings were not sitting in a pool of sauce. They even remembered the blue cheese.

Nerver order from this location. This is my third and last attempt to get an order correct. I have been refunded twice and completely lost another time. They could not complete a order correctly if you were preparing it yourself. Almost $50 order and recieved $15 worth of food that was not close to my order. Try a local place or a sports bar instead its a better option.

Came from marysville in the rain and I was highly dissatisfied with my meal. The customer service was okay, the guy who took our order was nice and did nothing wrong. We were told it would be 20-25 minutes so my boyfriend and I waited in the car and my boyfriend went in within that time frame. After a total of 20 more minutes or so of waiting I texted my bf for an update. About 8 minutes later he finally came back to the car with our food. We waited basically an hour for this. Everything we ordered was in there but the wait was not it. It probably comes down to low staffing, the fact that it was a Sunday and raining. In terms of the food the wings here are incredibly salty maybe it’s just the boneless that are that way? The sauce on my wings wasn’t tossed to properly coat each wing. The most disappointing part of all this were the rolls. I had been most looking forward to those and craving them but when I took them out of the bag they even LOOKED cold I didn’t even have to touch or eat them. Once I picked one up I was immediately upset they were just as I suspected: cold, hard and difficult to eat. One roll had a huge center missing. Just a mess. Even when I attempted to reheat them at home they remained a bad texture compared to the other times I’d eaten them in the past. Idk if they were some rolls that had been sitting there for a while or whatever happened. Either way an employee had to have looked at those rolls and placed them in my bag without a second thought. If I had personally looked in the bag that contained the rolls instead of relying on my bf’s quick check, I would’ve seen how bad they were and went back in for fresh ones. I’ll definitely be reaching out to the store or even the franchise owner if necessary because this is ridiculous. Oh, and my total was $40 this place is expensive and can’t even deliver a quality meal.

My wife came in around 10:20 pm because she was hungry and this place don’t close until 12:00 am and they stop taking walk in orders 2 hrs ahead? Because of online orders? Online orders should be stopped at 9 pm. Walk in are more important. I think Manager is afraid of facing people herself.

Everytime I come here they mess up my order or forget something. Last time I came it took forever to get my order because they had a ton of online orders so I decided to order online ahead of time and when I got my food the fries and wings were so cold like they cooked them at 3:30 when I ordered for me to pickup at 5pm. So disappointing . The food is decent when they make it right but I don’t understand how they’ve managed to mess up everytime
