Ordered online and waited, just for my husband to go in and for them to tell him they don’t have any boneless wings which was most of our order. No one even called to let us know. They told us we could cancel our order or see if they have boneless wings tomorrow. My husband asked if we could get tenders instead so they called a manager to ask and that was approved. They then told my husband it would be 10 minutes. He was in there for another 20-25. So that time plus the original wait time of 20 minutes and the time he sat in there waiting for an answer totals to an hour. I called and asked when a manager would be in and a random employee lied saying they were the manager then switched up their story saying the manager would be in tomorrow from 9-5. I asked for a name and instead of answering me they said ok you can call tomorrow and hung up on me. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

We were greater the proper wing stop way. We ordered our food, and it was repeated back to us properly. The young staff in there was well put together and knew what their assignment was. We received fresh wings with a little wait, but who wouldn’t want to wait for fresh chicken? As we say and waited I seem how quickly they put up pick-up orders. Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s okay, you have to instruct them on what you want, how you want your chicken. The customer service? At times, they need to focus and change their snappy little attitudes. Sometimes it’s like that when you go there. But it’s not a bad place. Give them a try.

I do not know what the Wingstop employees have against me to sentence me to death by sodium. I ordered a Louisiana rub combo, the first red flag was that it was WET and RED . We all know Louisiana rub is a dry rub seasoning. These wings were extremely salty and I mean SALTY. It felt like I was being held down by a grizzly bear in the Atlantic Ocean, there was no escape. These wings have permanently changed my vision for the worse.

50 Wing pack for $73 and a complete after thought in the kitchen. Fries were so salty we had to throw them out, I don’t mean like fast food salty, I mean someone dumped the salt and the cap fell into the food salty. Boneless we got for the kids had an essence of BBQ sauce, more like plain boneless in the end. Not worth the price to be an afterthought on all of it.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I’m thoroughly disgusted and attempts to contact Wingstop directly have failed. I would give less than 1 star if possible. I spent $100 for a Mother’s Day Dinner. When I went to pickup my order I saw the cook touching wings with her bare hands. I should’ve canceled my order, but I was in shock and it was 10pm on Mother’s Day. On top of that there was burnt wings with no meat and some unrecognizable black object in my food. I contacted them and the district manager said she would get back to me. She never did. Thank you Wingstop for the worst Mother’s Day Dinner ever!! 100 hard earned dollars in the trash!!!
