If I could give negative stars I would. 4 of 5 steaks cooked wrong and cold and dry chicken. Slow sevice ( took 8 minutes for them to take our drink order). 20 % gratuity added to all bills for a party of 7 and we paid separately. WILL NOT RETURN!!

We have been many times but Friday we went and as usual my wife got the grilled chicken salad . It comes and only lettuce and chicken no tomatoes , cheese , was not even offered dressing like usual. She got to smelling something and apparently the lettuce was going bad or had been in the heat cause it smelled awful. Normally it is excellent, my flounder was overcooked a bit couldn’t really eat it they only took off for thechicken salad and the manager wouldn’t even walk out to find out what the problem was. The waitress was really friendly and courteous. Probably won’t go back for a while some of the kids that were working weren’t trying to help keep the salad bar up. No/brown lettuce , dressing about out . Just things that should be kept up better if they were trying a little harder cause it really wasn’t that busy.

The dressing is bland usually.. not much onions/celery. It had too much sage in parts of our portions. (Go figure?) The pork loin is usually overcooked. This time, the cherry pie? cobbler? was very short on breading. It seemed like a little bit of pancake in the cherry sauce instead. We frequently ask for the table to be wiped off a little more. The bathrooms are always clean, nest, and we’ll stocked. Their mashed ..smashed potatoes are the best I’ve had. Usually, their green beans and pinto beans are really good. I really like the corn muffin. I’ve really enjoyed their fish.

I got the fried chicken livers. They seemed to have been pre-cooked, and probably sat in a steam table for a long time before they were served to me. My 2 sides were ok, cole slaw and mashed potatoes which seemed to be instant.

Try to eat here as often as I can even though it’s mostly take out. The service and food is always great and the large salad bar is the best and has the freshest vegetables and meat in the area. Check out the lunch specials good food at good prices and everyday you have several choices
