The food is awesome if you like smoked pulled pork and brisket this is the place to stop at! The service was fast the food was hot they have their own bbq sauces so you can spice it up or sweeten up any way you like. I asked if we could have our company picnic there and they were so helpful and accommodating. This is a food truck business and a great one at that.

The beef brisket sandwich was nothing short of amazing. Meat was high quality and flavorful. The owner greeted us with big generosity and even gave me a free bottle of the sauce (also fantastic). I hope to see them around because I’ll definitely want to try their food again.

Wisconsin Style BBQ did a excellent job catering an event for us this past weekend. The pulled pork and brisket was amazing. Well actually everything on the menu was great, which made it flawless. I highly recommend them for a catered event! Thanks again WSB!!!

Hubby and I had past this place a few times and finally had a chance to stop by last Saturday. We ordered the pulled pork sandwich but was informed by the girl working the trailer that she was out of buns…so she gave just pulled pork..which we were ok with… and ask if we could wait about 5 mins why she got it ready (we were the only customers at the time) She brought it to our car.(The girl was very nice and friendly btw)
