I called and asked if they had Chicago style pizza the girl who answered this evening said yes. I asked for a 12in 1 topping Italian sausage. I got a deep dish instead. And when I called back to get a better understanding of what went wrong she immediately put me on hold. I then spoke to the manager. At first they seemed to want to make it right. But when we got home we were very disappointed. Our pizza had no little to no Italian sausage. Maybe one piece per slice… couldn’t be more horrified. I work in the food service industry. I would never as a cook. We even felt bad and left a second tip before leaving. My boyfriend said the only thing he liked was the crust. Won’t be repeat customers even tho I love coming to this place when I’m in town.

I had issues with Wise Guys back in the day with the old owner. But things have gotten so much better. Tonight the guy who took my order, made my pie, and checked me out was so chill and polite and really cared about making sure I got my money’s worth. The results were great, I almost ate the whole large myself in one sitting (don’t tell my doctor).

Not the worst tasting pizza. Extremely light on ingredients even when you pay for extra. The sauce is nowhere near the edge of the crust. And look at those olives. Lol. With some management and quality control this place has some potential.
