2hrs for a burger? What a shame and joke of a restaurant. They had the driver wait 45mins for food that was supposed to be ready. What a gross disregard to everyone’s time for mediocre food! When I called to check on the order they had the audacity to be rude! I tried them despite the negative reviews, they deserve each and every one. With a wait like that, you expect above average food. What a waste of time and money. The owners should be ashamed of themselves running a business so poorly. I live 5 mins from them, but they never have to worry about me patronizing their business. I will go next door to them where your time and patronage is valued. I am so disappointed with this place!

I walked in and placed an order. Staff was very warm, welcoming and friendly. An hr later food still not ready so I began to get impatient. Finally the food was ready. At this point I was just over it. But wait…I started to eat my salmon tacos that was HOT and tasty and I understood why it took so long. Every and I mean every single ingredient was fresh and oh so tasty. I also got the Rasta Pasta and it was also very succulent and delicious as well. It was my first time eating from this establishment so I had no idea that there was such a long wait so next time I will definitely call and place my order. But the food was definitely worth it

Very nice welcoming restaurant with a living wall as soon as you walk right in. The staff are very friendly and the food is exactly what the establishment represents! Pure LOVE!!! Staff Professionalism Is At A Fast Food Level. Service is Slow No Matter if I Go To Them Or Order. They Have Tendencies to Mess Up Small Details Like Which Sauce Goes On Which Meal (Salmon Tacos). I am so glad we decided to stop by tonight! Amazing!! Great customer service too! I ordered the salmon bites and bang bang sauce, phenomenal!! My husband ordered the shrimp taco and they were delicious too!! My daughter ordered the BBQ rib burger and she said it was very tasty! The food was definitely prepared just like the name says, With a Touch of Love! This is another gem added to this foodie town !!

I waited a whole hour from 11 pm to 12 am and then the owner dared to honk at me to move forward so she can park at her spot when there are plenty of empty spots. It was midnight, I was tired and sleepy waiting for the food and then she honked at me (it was very loud). It disturbed me. Then she said she was the Owner and that was her parking spot. ‍

I went there on a late night because I saw some of the reviews and thought good things so I decided to come try myself with my sister. My sister had a buffalo chicken sandwich that she enjoyed and I had ordered turkey wings with gravy & Mac and cheese and tator tots. The Mac and cheese was bland & my TURKEY WING was dry , I had no gravy like how thought it would. I wasn’t satisfied at all. The customer service was cool vibes but the entree could’ve been way better.
