Placed an online order for a Philly cheesesteak meal. Pro was that the order was ready in about 10-15 mins and the cashier was very friendly. Con is that the food was horrible. The Steak was extremely dry, asked for extra cheese and there was hardly any cheese on it. I normally visit the location on Banks St in Fayetteville and the food there is always 10/10, I assumed this location would be just as good but unfortunately it wasn’t.

Their shake machine never works. They removed half of their menu items, all of which I used to order. NO more TaterTots! Customer service has improved, and the kitchen typically makes good food. But if they remove all of the food I ate, why would I go there to eat? I can’t get anything I want! This place is probably not going to last much longer, they definitely need to fix up the place, I just fear they don’t have the funds to do so because of their spoiled reputation. Recently had their boneless wings and almost had to spit them out. The sauce was fine, the bread was fine, but I think they used sewer chicken for the meat.

If it wasn’t for the service the rating would be higher. Decent food but bad service. $50 delivery meal and they forgot something. I called them to tell them they left something off our order and they told me “next time you order it will be included”. Such a joke. Poor service. Very disappointed.

I tried the honey hot, watery no flavor with fried rice. The rice was ok. The chicken Wings were dry at first so the owner added more sauce but the sauce was cold so it made the food cold. So I added a star for effort like he did.

I called in advance to place an order. The man said it would be15 minutes. Once I arrived he tells me it’s 4 order’s ahead of me, and my order wasn’t ready. He could have told me that before I drove all the way over there wasting my time, and burning up my gas. I will never go to this location ever again and not to mention he was unapologetic. This location has awful worker’s and they lack good customer service skills.

My visit was on 10/31/21 about 7pm and I must say this was the absolute worst experience I’ve had with a wing spot. I will start with when I walked into the restaurant. There was no greeting. The cashier mumbled something that I didn’t quite hear, so I said excuse me. She then said “pick-up or order”. I smiled and said “oh sorry, I will be ordering”. Still no greeting. The phone rings and she expressed her frustration with the phone before picking up. I thought this was very unprofessional to do in front of a customer but oh well, maybe she was just tired.

Looks like a nice place. Seems clean and decorated well. I was looking forward to finally trying it, but when I went in tonight 45 minutes before closing time, they had “shut down the grille and were no longer making burgers or anything grilled”. Seems like at least half the menu, but I guess I’ll try another time. Oh well, at least I got a good picture for Google now since there wasn’t one when I looked it up. It is there! Right next to Kroger.
