How uncomfortable can you get going into a restaurant. It looks run down needing a face lift but the lady taking the order really needs some training. She made me feel really uncomfortable. She mumbled something Inter her breathe as I picked up my order but that being said for fast food it was hot a edible.

Don’t know how people still eat here…..really sad that people don’t pay attention to restaurant ratings before buying food. I guess that’s not important to some these days. Had a taste for good burger and walked in and the restaurant was dirty and didn’t smell inviting or appetizing. I ALWAYS check the ratings and they had theirs hidden beside register and NOT hanging up as it should be. Folks the rating here is 70!!!!

This is the second time in 7 days I went to this place. It’s not the cleanest feel when you walk in. Secondly, customer service is atrocious. The young females that waited on me had smart undertones. I tried to called Saturday no one answered the phone. Today I learned they were not accepting phone orders. You would think this would have been addressed Saturday by the first smart alec Saturday. Not sure if I will return. The burger was good. Philly cheese not so good. Just onions. So disappointed. I work near by. I’m sure I’m not alone. Manager/ owner fix this problem!

They have a health score of a 70 that they try to hide behind another sign. When their score was higher, they had it on full display. The food takes entirely too long to come out and they have gotten expensive. $30 for 2 10 pieces is crazy. The lemon pepper dry was not edible – Borderline hard as a rock. I will no longer be supporting.

Fries were super soft and barely done. They tasted like freezer and old grease. The fish had no seasoning. The hush puppies were so greasy I literally was squeezing out oil and they smelled like old grease. I really feel this was a waste of my money. I threw the whole plate in the trash and got something else to eat. My first and last time here.

I’m glad they have Jerk wings flavor. Also the lemon pepper and Thai chili wings are very good. Love The Big Texan burger, tasty and filling. When I want good wings, this is the place to get them from. Unfortunately, they do not answer their phone so you can call ahead your order. Fast service and plenty of parking.
