Just went here for the first time. Let me say that Chan (the owner / chef) is so nice and sweet. The place is adorable. The food is delicious. Absolutely some of the best ma po tofu I’ve ever had, and the house noodles are also amazing. I will be frequenting this place.

The Moto is have patience since it’s one man one wok. I find the place charming, very polite and where customers are very familiar with the owner and with each other. I’m the guest and visitor who finds this very interesting. It actually made me slow down to enjoy the calming soothing music playing in the background and wanting to enjoy eating my food which was good. 1 egg roll was not enough for my hungry appetite and I found the pad Thai needing more spice and portion. I wish he can get some help so I can order some more food Togo. If you are not in a hurry and have good company to converse for a while then this is the place to go. Hot tea was automatically delivered with menu.

This place is authentic and amazing. The house special has that crispy smokey perfect flavor that you always hope for when your craving asian noodle dishes. Boise isnt known for its great food, and coming from Portland its been tough to find good ethnic variety but this is one for the little black book of awesome restaurants. I love the “one man one wok” mantra. Ill gladly wait if he makes my food every time. ❤️

Love this place. I don’t come here as much, but every time I came here, I want to come back the next day. I love the noodles. They are thicker egg noodles, made fresh daily. I ate the house chicken that day, with the noodles off course; it is deep fried chicken chunk, stir fried with (sliced fresh) ginger & garlic. I chose 4 stars for spicyness, and it was just heavenly (I can tolerate heat fairly well; 4 was not super spicy but hot enough for me).
