Just moved into town and I think I found my favorite Chinese cuisine spot for delivery! The food is great, and that a given, but let’s talk about portions!! I’m a big dude and their food has lasted me for more than one day! Now keep in mind if you are getting delivery their phone line is hard to get through because they are so busy but keep on calling. There is a consistency , in the customer service, warm voice over the phone, continuous hot and delicious dishes, and the large portions for great prices.

Can’t say much about the atmosphere as I got take out. I’ve been here for 4 years and tonight was my first time ordering from them. Crab Rangoon, chicken and broccoli, scallion pancakes, spring rolls and pork steamed dumplings. We enjoyed it! Wish they gave us more than 2 fortune cookies.

I’ve been going to work n roll for 5 years and although there have been a few hiccups along the way last night really irritated me. The day before the fourth of July and for once it was not super busy . I physically went in and ordered, received my order and went home, only to discover there were a couple items missing. So I called them and she told me that I was not charged for the items. Now that may be true but I ordered them none the less. There was no apology for the misunderstanding. The inconvenience of having to reorder, then drive back there. Meanwhile my food is getting cold and I’m out more time. When I got there she had a nonchalant, cocky attitude that made me even more upset. I didn’t freak out, yell and express myself but I am now. I ordered my food clearly and concisely. The mistake was on her end whether I was charged for it or not. I don’t get paid to drive back and forth. What I did pay for and tip her for was apparently inconvenience and attitude. Again, the food is great. I just wish the girl could figure out how to be polite and get it right the first time. Open your ears and shut your mouth. That’s why you have two ears and one mouth. Listen more. When I have to reorder and drive back and I don’t even get a phlacid apology from you, it leaves a bad taste in one’s mouth. Maybe I should have been paid for my time and gas and hassle? Wonder what the hourly wage for that would be? Maybe I should have just told you to use the tip I gave you to pay for it!

This used to be one of the best places in Biddeford and will be the last time we order. Every time we order here, the food quality gets worse. We were told that it would be 45 minutes and it took 2 hours. The food was cold when it arrived, almost as if it had sat for the hour and fifteen minutes it was late. It’s okay to have long wait times and delays due to high volumes of orders, but you need to give more accurate estimates. However, because it arrived cold, it seems like they forgot about the order without so much as a ‘sorry’.

2 1/2h wait foor food from Wok N’ Roll in Biddeford to deliver. Called once, and told it’s been sent out. Called twice to find out it was never made. Caught in a lie. Nicely done. Can’t do a refund right now because they are too busy with other orders. ♂️

After spending over $48.00 on a take order I was a bit insulted by an EXTRA charge of 45 cents for one hot mustard? How about you keep the pile of fortune cookies and soy sauce packets and just throw in a hot mustard upon request. Love your food. Just saying. Thanks

The food is fabulous. Always enough for 2 meals and I’m a chunky girl saying that! The only reason I gave it three star for atmospheres because it’s not really a place to sit down and eat. There are tables and chairs there but does not really any environment to make you want to sit there and eat. It is really a pickup and go take it home because there’s so much food and it’s so good you just want to make noise while you’re eating it and make a mess and then pack up the rest and have it tomorrow for lunch
