the last two times I’ve been here the wait has been really long, like almost 30 minutes for a to go order. i don’t think there ac works it was very hot both times. then the food was overcooked & chewy. almost inedible, had to chew on the generals tsos and honey chicken forever in order to swallow it, threw away their menus. we’re done

This is the best Chinese fast food in the area. We’ve tried several others and they just don’t compare. I can the beef & broccoli, sweet n sour chicken, beef Lo mein, and egg rolls. My husband’s favorite is the shrimp with garlic.

The family (Man, wife, and young son) who runs this restaurant acts very racist and dont try to hide it either. They do not acknowledge, greet, or even answer questions of people who are of color, but do for others right in front of you. I have been in their waiting for very long periods of time (for over an hour before), they wouldn’t acknowledge me or the other gentleman waiting, but as soon as someone else who was not of color comes in they smiled and acknowledge them right away and took their order without helping us even though we were standing their over 15 mins prior. I asked how long my order was going to take after waiting almost an hour and they were very rude and continue to give me nasty looks as I stood there waiting. I had to walk out and this is not my first time encountering this but I will definitely never return.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FOOD!!!!! ORDER HONEY CHICKEN AND I DONT KNOW WHAT IT WAS! THE CHICKEN WAS HARD AND JUST FULL OF THE HONEY SAUCE. I ORDERED IT THROUGH UBER EATS FOR LUNCH. SO JUST IMAGINE MY DISAPPOINT . WILL NOT ORDER FROM AGAIN.

The young man in the blue was SO NICE and the guy in the back came to him while he was working the register and started yelling and getting in his face. It was so sad. Another customer was waiting for food next to me and told him to calm down and the guy in the back with the hat on rolled his eyes and kept cooking. I felt so bad for young man in the blue. Even if he is in the wrong, don’t yell at him in front of multiple customers waiting. The food was great the experience was pitiful.

I tried this place for the first time last week. Wok On By is now my go-to-spot when im not sure what I want to eat because I know I will not be disappointed here. The food, along with the service here, is amazing. I will be moving to another area soon but it is worth the trip!! Also, do yourself a favor and try the crab rangoon. Good prices and great portions. You won’t regret it!

The lil dude at the front is racist. I came in and said is the order cod Marc ready and he tells me ‘idk let’s see your phone’. As if I didn’t place the order and I randomly pick the name Marc to see if there’s an order there. After I showed him my phone I proceeded to let him know how much of an a$$ hat he was and then asked for the receipt. He ain’t wanna give me the receipt because it clearly had my name on it.
