Nasty nasty nasty. They gave me general chicken when i ordered sesame chicken. I’m pregnant i wanted what i ordered and they lady at the register kept saying my card was declined because she over charged me. They remade my food but it still was nasty. Never again.

Plenty of parking. Parking lot does have a few pot holes. Very little room to dine in. It can be difficult at times to understand the person taking your order over the phone. My favorite the honey wings. Juicy lots of flavor and big. Only can drinks. Large menu and lunch specials.

During the first four years of me going to this place, I could always expect high-quality Chinese food but recently two years have been horrible, it was always hit or miss. For example, my typical order is usually Honey wings and shrimp fried rice which used to always be hot and ready with no big problems but in the last two years, I have received countless bad orders, the wings either be too small to be called chicken wings or too hard tasting like overcooked fried chicken. IDK what happened, probably Covid, but to have such a sharp decline in quality of the chicken and still have the same prices are ridiculous and very disappointing since this was the best place to eat at in the hood for people who didn’t have lots of money and was just looking for a high-quality meal.

Portions are HUGE, food is really good (I had sesame chicken with fried rice & spring rolls) & very reasonably priced. Two people could easily eat for under $10! Only left off that 5th star cause the dining area & interior entrance could use a good cleaning. But I did see an A rating from the health dept.

After deciding to try a different Chinese restaurant besides my usual spot I tried Wok to Go. The first experience was okay however today was not good. I ordered the plain fried chicken wings and unfortunately the wings looked and tasted two days old. They were unfit to eat. Money wasted. We were unable to return them due to a time constraint. People, if you order the wings or anything else from here please be sure to check in order to ensure the freshness of them. Sadly disappointed! They do not respect nor do they value your black dollar.

I must say that the shrimp and vegetable plate was the worst tasting Chinese food I have ever put in my mouth! It tasted like water, very bland, the large shrimp were cold, raw, and slimy. Did not like the shrimp fried rice because the shrimp was raw, as well. The rice was orange/yellow in color and not the normal brown color of most stir fried rice dishes. It did have just a tiny bit more flavor than the main dish. The egg rolls were nowhere near up to par, as well.

I’ve actually visited wok to go I’m guessing 3 times in the past few weeks. As a lover of Chinese food I actually have to say they have the highest quality and best tasting food of any Chinese restaurant I’ve been to. Portions are reasonable for the price but that’s not the best part. When you order from work to go for the very first time your taste buds are either going immediately love you more cause you went there or they’ll be mad that it took you however long it was to get there. This is the only thing I will miss about Jackson MS. That’s 100% guarantee.

The service has gotten better but the food has declined. The atmosphere hasn’t changed much, that’s not a bad thing. It’s good for a quick bite.

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years! I’ve always gotten crawfish “extra spicy, Cajun and juicy “ tonight was the first night I didn’t get it . I called them to let them know that it wasn’t correct and they said “they always been the same” and proceeded to hang up in my face ! My feelings are so hurt because I’ve spent a lot of money with Wok to go & me being a regular and this is my first complaint! They did not care at all !!!!

This place was recommended by so- called “foodies”. The rice was crunchy! Egg fu Yung was scorched. The sesame chicken was too crispy, as in the chicken was probably overcooked because it was recycled. And i paid nearly as much for a small a la carte fried rice as i did for the entree that included fried rice. Go across the way to Best Wok.
