First time eating here and Wok Chow did not disappoint. They helped us create a build your own order with everything we wanted. The food was delicious and so very fresh! We tried several appetizers – lettuce wraps, pot stickers and spring rolls and they were all good. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I came here for our date night. The concept is like fast-food/sit down restaurant. For everything pictured, we paid around $60 (plus tip). You order at the counter, seat yourself, and the food is brought to the table.

I ordered a Pad Thai, with no chicken and no egg and I asked for more vegetables since I’m a vegan. I also asked why the Pad Thai was listed as being not gluten free and was told it was because of the sauce and so they would use a gluten free sauce since I am gluten intolerant. My order was put in as “No meat” (see pictures) and there is no indication of extra vegetables or a different sauce. I just hope I don’t have an allergic reaction.

My first time was there today with husband and mother. We were very happy. For years, we couldn’t find anything to compare with Mandarin House but I can say it exceeded our expectations. We have found a new Asian restaurant. Everything was clean, very nice atmosphere, we loved the 70s and 80s music that was played. Everyone was very friendly. Very affordable and upscale surroundings. We will be regular customers for sure.

If you want lots of vegetables and flavors, you will most definitely find them here. We loved everything we had. We created our own bowls so of course we did! The meat was juicy, the veggies were crisp. Nothing was overdone. The lo mein was maybe a little bit too oily/sauced for my personal taste. Overall, we really liked everything we had.

Good and fast food! Love their pad Thai and Mongolian beef. Friendly service. I am especially impressed with their catering service. I often order their catering delivered for meetings and they have gone above and beyond expectations. Most recently, I was running late to set up for a meeting and by the time I arrived the delivery person had already set everything up perfectly. They even provided a bag of ice and a container of lemons for the teas.

Pad Thai was smothered in some sweet and sour sauce. Tasted horrible as it suppose to be savory dish with peanut sauce traditionally. The general tso chicken was soggy and not crispy as it suppose to be and smothered in that same sweet and sour sauce. Overall the food was not the best and not worth the price. Only thing that was good was the eggrolls which was the same as the eggrolls that you can get from your local gas station. Staff and service was great and friendly.

Hands down my favorite Knoxville restaurant! I chose the create a wok with the Shrimp with white rice, broccoli, baby corn, yellow onion, zucchini, and water chestnuts and sweet chili suace. I also ordered a small hot and sour soup. Simply divine! The staff was amazing too! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED eating here!

My husband found this place a few months ago, and we have been regulars ever since! My husband orders the same thing every time and they always remember. Melissa gave us her opinion on the best items to try and boy was she right! She treats us like family! Kelly treats us the same, and we are just customers. They are very customer-oriented and it makes a huge difference! They changed brands of potstickers and my husband couldn’t eat them. One talk with the owner and Melissa had the right ones put back on the menu! Excellent customer service! We recommend this place to anyone looking for a high- quality Asian meal at an affordable price in a friendly atmosphere! Thanks guys!!

Love this place!!! Found a great place to eat a healthy meal and to keep my blood sugar down. I get the creat a wok with no side or sauce… just vegetables and meat. But I do have to splurge a little on the egg rolls… they are wonderful!!! I love the creations.
