Beginning as a brick-and-mortar store in 2013, Wokworks currently operates pickup and delivery kitchens in Brewerytown and Northeast Philadelphia and a fleet of food carts and trucks serving hospitals, universities, and private events throughout the city. I typically don’t write reviews, but let me just start with I do love the food. For some reason they struggle with reading or instructions because I ALWAYS get meat in my vegan orders. I’m not sure what’s going on, I’ve ordered again after mistakes but I am done. It’s very inconvenient, inconsiderate & also false advertising. Just take “vegan” off your menu. I never even want a refund I just want MY FOOD!!! Lost a customer. Pls do better. Chicken in my vegan veggie general Tso is insane. For the 3rd time. BEWARE

I always eat here but tonight I am totally disappointed. I took my boyfriend here because I eat from the wokworks trucks a lot. And he was so mad at me. IT IS NOT THE SAME AT ALL. Our food was super dry I even paid for sauce on the side. He gave me the wrong sauce. and it still was dry!! No flavor, vegetables hard as a rock. This is my first review ever. I try my hardest to not give bad reviews. But you guys lost a customer. I do not recommend!! Stick to the food trucks if you’re thinking about the location in CHELTENHAM.

So before I get to the food, let’s mention pleasant the employees are! They are absolutely kind/courteous. Food is always on point and I’ve turned my family onto wokworks! I’ve gotten a couple different dishes but always go back to the drunken noodles with honey mustard sauce I blv! It’s just simply good fresh food!

I love this lil business in shoprite. The Muslim girl always has good customer service and the food is always on point. They recommended me the chili garlic steak and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend coming to this 5/5 food.
