One of the best restaurants in Tahoe City… some tasty and unique flavors with Asian fusion. Good seafood and steak and a wide selection of drinks. Gyoza was our favorite appetizer we had here. Nice atmosphere and decor and outdoor seating with lake views during the summer months. Recommended.

Been coming here for years, but my last two visits (especially this most recent one) have been disappointing. They have a nice view, but there’s no way to reserve a view table as a solo dinner (even a small table) to get that view. But my main complaint this time, was the food.

We were here for a bachelorette party dinner and it was incredible!! The wait staff was very attentive, and the food was even better. The experience was one of the best we’ve had in Lake Tahoe so far!!!

Wolfdale’s is simply the best restaurant in the North Lake Tahoe region. The food is amazing and the service is top-notch. We have been going to this restaurant during our annual visits to Lake Tahoe for over a decade. Tonight’s dinner did not disappoint. I highly recommend it.

Cute spot. Asian slant to many decadent dishes. Bit pricier but worth the splurge. Sadly, due to so much snow, I couldn’t see the lake.

Wolfdales is in the top 1% of restaurants. Our local favorite for special occasions. Very casual, very good service, food and presentation. It’s spendy but not astronomical.

I love to cook and have taken many high level cooking classes in NY and internationally. I have been eating at Wolfdale’s for almost 35 years. In that time, every dish at each meal has pleased all from little kids to all adults we have brought there. Wolfdale’s never disappoints. Each part of every meal from greeting to departure has been a real treat, without demolishing my budget

Everything we had here was absolutely amazing. The menu is full of super creative Japanese inspired dishes. The poke cones, crab tempura, truffle fries, miso cod, filet mignon, lemon tart, and chocolate moose were all Devine.

We have been in Lake Tahoe for a week and have been enjoying all the area restaurants. We unequivocally agree that tonight’s meal at Wolfdales was exceptional. It’s a must when you visit Lake Tahoe. We started with the Ahi Poke Cones (OMG), next the Ahi&Hamachi Sashimi, then the Pumpkin Soup and the Arugula Salad. All were phenomenal. Then I had the Seared Ling Cod entree. Superb! My husband had the Filet Mignon. We absolutely loved the entire meal!
