Food at Wolff’s is outstanding! I’ve been there 3 times in the past couple of months, and each visit exceeded my expectations. Dale is an outstanding bartender, Darcy is an outstanding hostess, and David is an outstanding chef. The wait staff is also wonderful. We have a cabin nearby and truly have no desire to eat out anywhere else when we are in the area!

I believe our family made reservations for a Wednesday early arrival. We got there around 5:30 pm in early June. It was so pleasant as guests enter and everyone sits at the bar to sit and chat giving it a living room feeling talking to strangers. We were told after 10 minutes that we could progress to our table when ready. We sat there chatting about 10 more minutes finishing our cocktails as there wasn’t a line or it wasn’t full, yet. On the way out, it was getting more full. We had the French Onion soup; I’d pass on it personally, it was just ok with no cheese. But, their haddock meal was big and wonderful for all of us. Service was very good. Even on their night off, the owners were there.

Arrive early ! The Restaurant fills up Rapidly. Our party’s order consisted primarily of one Haddock Dinner and two Prime Rib dinners. The Baked French Onion Soup was “to die for” DELICIOUS !! The Fish was delicious, and the Prime Rib was “melt in your mouth” tender with portions that were quite Generous.

Very good place to eat in the Northwoods. There are a lot of fish and heartier meat options available, but if you come looking for a salad or wrap, go somewhere else. Wait takes a while, as there is not a lot of seating, but the staff are super attentive and friendly. Only reasons it is not 5 star are additional food options aside from meats, wait time was long due to smaller establishment, and food wasn’t something I would be like “this is my favorite restaurant to come to in the state of Wisconsin”. Don’t get me wrong, the food was fantastic. I would still recommend coming here, as it is one of the best places I’ve been to in this area.

Highly recommend and wish we lived closer. It is hard to say what is better about this place! The food, service, and drinks are excellent! Fish fry and french onion steak are my favorites. Something under rated is their soups and you will be disappointed you did not get a full bowl. You may have to wait but it is worth it!

Prime rib was equal to Lawrys. Deep fried golden potatoes sprinkled with Lawrys season salt and carrot balls. More than comfort food. Crowded but not loud and very friendly. Service was excellent and they handled a big rush with ease and smile.
