When I saw the listing for the Brisket Burrito with mac&cheese (!), I thought: this is preposterous. I have to try it. I am very glad I did, because this was one of my favorite meals of all time. The generous helping of brisket was perfect, with a deep smoke-and-salt flavor and just the right amount of fat. The mac&cheese was also great, and enhanced by the pickled onions and jalapenos. I’m not sure about the ruffles chips in there, but that wasn’t enough to make me not absolutely love this thing. And despite my best efforts I could only eat half of it! I had the second half for lunch today, still just as good. A++ will gladly order this monstrosity again in the future.

The Brisket Burrito caught my attention at this for cart. I liked the idea of mac n cheese and ruffles being added in the burrito. However, it just didn’t taste that great. The mac n cheese was a bit bland. The double smash burger, however, was pretty tasty and good.

I gave this place a 5 star rating but the person working seemed to be having a bad day. I hate giving a bad rating because I don’t feel it’s fair this person seemed annoyed pretty busy and all by themselves might not be entirely there fault. The food was good.

The most tender, juicy brisket ever. I asked them what the best meat was today and they said the brisket, so I got the sandwich. $14 is pricey but it was surprisingly worth it. They have a sign that recommends what sauce to pair with which meat. The brisket was so tender that sauce wasn’t needed, but I added the recommended sauce and it was tasty.

The Brisket Burrito was an excellent choice. Lots of flavor, very filling, and freaking massive. Definitely worth it and love the mac and cheese in it! Wish there was a bit more of the chips as I like the crunch. Definitely recommend getting this if you want to be full, happy, and satisfied

Amazing bbq!! The Mac and cheese is perfectly cheesy with a light kick of spice. The brisket is smokey and tender. The pork belly burnt ends are heavenly. Their unique burrito combinations are dynamite. The sauces are super flavorful and delicious. Can’t wait to get through the whole menu . 5

Very good brisket burrito I couldn’t taste the chips lol it was big enough for me and my girl to split it up and eat it separately and be full ! I would come back .. keep in mind they have two carts in the same location only one serves the burrito ! The Mac and cheese was good also !

The brisket is delicious. Great flavor and very moist. However the “caramelized” onions were obviously pickled and much to sweet. That was a shock and disappointment. Picked them off.
