First time here. Came on a Friday night and got seated right away. We ordered Premium Pork Belly and their Short Rib Tomahawk. Great quality meat and we think their portion is pretty generous too. For the drink we ordered a bottle of sake which was on the special price for $20, great deal! They also give us an option to cook the meat on the table or in the back kitchen. Service was really great too. Definitely coming back to try more on the menu.

My gf doesn’t eat beef so we ordered pork jowl, spicy pork, and marinated short rib for the rest of us. All three dishes were tasty, and for the most part cooked to perfection. We had three people come in and out to flip and cook the meat. They asked two to three times if we wanted more side (potato salad, green salad, etc.). My only minor gripe was the one guy who blasted the fire and burnt some of the meat. Our other two waitpersons used slow and medium fire to cook the meat. Will come again.

Woo Hyang Woo is absolutely incredible! After a kpop concert we were craving kbbq, after multiple searches we landed on Woo Hyang Woo. Despite being in the late hours, the staff welcomed us in and seated us right away! I knew immediately we were in good hands. They have a wide selection of meets to choose from! My favorite was the pork belly, short rib tomahawk and brisket. I also loved the tofu soup they serve in the beginning! The staff assisted with cooking the meets, which made it easy and enjoyable to eat right away! They also have an amazing drink selection full of different soju and beer.

Awesome restaurant!! The vibes are so good and we had such a fun time just hanging out eating delicious food. We ate everything that we could and only didn’t finish some because we were too full: it was that good. The staff was also so nice and attentive-every single of them. Highly recommend the Spicy Rice Cake with Beef Brisket and the Very Berry Strawberry cocktail, both absolutely amazing.

Ordered the marinated short rib because of the good reviews. Probably won’t order it again. While the flavor was good, I don’t like fighting with bone to get the meat. It was very gristly. Hot noodles and the jumbo garlic shrimp were . Banchan didn’t seem to be the typical all you can eat. They never came by to refill.

Seating was spacious and rather quick. Hands-down one of the best restaurants I’ve had in LA. Great quality selections of meats. My favorite dish was the marinated short rib – flavorful sweet and juicy– goes very well with white rice. It was so good that I ordered it again. When we ordered the second short rib, it didn’t come for another 30 minutes, another server Alex came back to check on us and the food. He offered us a pitcher of beer on the house while we waited. Wasn’t expecting that but shoutout to Alex and the staff for the great customer service.

My friend introduced this as the best Korean barbecue in Ktown LA and I gotta say that it’s top 2 in my book right now, right next to Hanu KBBQ. We ordered the marinated short rib and the pork jowl. This was my first time enjoying pork more than beef at a Korean barbecue spot. The seemed more like an after-thought, but the proteins more than carried the meal.
