Are you a fan of a good char on your Neapolitan style pizza? This is your place! Owner knows his stuff and you can tell he cares. Just the smell of the wood-fired oven alone is worth a visit. My teenage son says this was the best pepperoni pizza he ever had. When the dough is perfect, I’m more a fan of simple cheese or margherita, so that’s what I go for here. My toddler agrees with me, since he gobbled up his slice expeditiously. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Easily the best pizza in town. True wood fire pizza with excellent ingredients and sauce. The crust was perfect, light and crunchy. I had the margarita 12″, great Neapolitan style. You can tell the owner has a passion for making pizza.

I’m just in the area for a few days and I stopped because I was starving and I’m so glad I did. The pizza was cooked to perfection and the taste was spot on. The owner was actually the one in the truck working and he was very friendly and personable. I was a bit surprised at his prices (I don’t think he’s charging enough) but 10/10 will be back!

I am a Brooklyn NY born and raised. I moved here to Spring Hill 6 years ago. I found decent Pizza 2 places I like a lot are far, my brother was in, and seen this pizza truck and told me you have to try this pizza. Today I tried the white pizza, omg this was a FANTASTIC CHOICE!! It was so good, I ate 4 slices (equivalent to 2 NY slices) I am so happy I tried this I will definitely be back! My brother was right they make a good pizza. I highly recommend this Pizza Truck I will back to try every pizza they sell!!!

I went for the standard cheese and pepperoni pizza today after being away for several months. Still the best gold standard pizza around. All the great comments from 11 months ago are still applicable. If you have ever had a pizza in Naples, Italy, you will be not disappointed… and cheaper than a RT ticket to Italy.
