I had the pleasure of attending their ribbon cutting ceremony and was taken away by this beautiful and modern design if their newest restaurant. I ended up coming back a few hours later for dinner. Anthony was our server, he was great! I was very impressed with how organized they were especially for it being a brand new location. Will definitely be back.

Woodranch catered a memorial dinner in honor of my son. It was easy to set up and I paid for full service because I wanted to be with my guests, many who had come from far away. I could not have been more pleased with the food and service, which was relaxed, organized and efficient from start to finished. My guests found the food delicious and plentiful. I ordered for 60 guests and 58 came and there were lots of leftovers, not because the food wasn’t appreciated. The catering staff even brought take home containers so guests could leave with the leftovers. I highly recommend the catering service, and the serving staff was A+. Thank you for making my gathering a success.

Visited the newest Wood Ranch BBQ Restaurant at the Oaks Mall at Thousand Oaks. Very nice location next to the Cheesecake Factory Restaurant at the mall. Now, if any of these restaurants are busy, I can go to the less busy one to get a bite quicker.

This location has a ways to go in consistent food preparation but overall it has progressed since its opening weekend. Today I ordered the chicken breast dinner with garlic, mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese with six garlic rolls and the peach cobbler for dessert. The chicken came undercooked and the garlic rolls over cooked. I don’t think they were meant to be crunchy. Just keep trying and eventually you’ll get there like the agora and more park locations

We came in today and everything was so fresh and good. Probably the best Woodranch I’ve ever had. Our server was Gabrielle. She was friendly and prompt! The interior decorations were so upscale and welcoming! Definitely will be back! Keep up the good work!!

0 star if possible. If you’re Hispanic, think twice about going here. I’m not one to ever take time to write a complaint but the way my family and I were treated here is ridiculous. We were seated and never helped, it was about 20 mins and the host kept walking by seating other families just looking us sitting there. I understand if it’s a busy day and short staffed but we saw AT LEAST 3 other families arrive AFTER us, get their drinks AND order taken when we hadn’t even gotten asked what we wanted to drink. I really shouldn’t be feeling discriminated that way, we came to eat here and PAY for our food just like everyone else getting helped. We’ll continue going to the Camarillo location but never again to this new Thousand Oaks location.

The architecture at this new location is stunning! Big open concept upon entering. A menu that cries out quality BBQ… Good BBQ can be elusive at best. But when located, like here in T.O., it just makes everything ‘right as rain’!!! See ya again WR T.O.
