I am not sure why this place had bad reviews. I went for a pizza dinner and the BBQ chicken pizza was delicious. The service was great from the moment I walked in. The hostess was extremely nice and made me feel welcomed. The waitress was just as nice. The ambience in the waterfront was amazing. Very relaxing.

Great little spot right next to the drawbridge. My daughter really enjoyed watching the boats go through. The waitress was very attentive and service was quick. Everyone had a great meal. Thank you!

Service was good, very friendly waitress, as far as the food, meh, fried fish sandwiches I believe are just frozen and not fresh, and for the price I would have expected better. atmosphere is so so, I suppose because it’s on the water its should have some ambiance, but doesn’t, It was late, we were hungry and took a chance, don’t think I’d come again, But at least we got smiles from the time we walked in until we left.

So. Started our dinner on the water. The server was there to check in with us within 5 seconds. I observed the same for the neighboring tables. The waitress was quick to take our food orders and I KID YOU NOT, our food arrived in 5 minutes.

We chose this place because of the menu and location on the water. Our server was efficient, helpful and a nice guy. Food was hot, delicious, and served really quick. No complaints. However, my husband, myself and our friends were very upset, mortified and uncomfortable when we had to listen and witness the conduct of a young lady who thought it was appropriate to yell at her co-workers/staff about how things were being done. Obviously not to her liking. If I could find the restaurant’s email, I would love to let them know that this employee needs to learn some professionalism for sure!!!
