This place by far has the best catfish this out of the Mississippi and also the perch is fantastic. We got the 12 piece catfish and 12 piece perch basket along with coleslaw and baked beans, The baked beans were delicious. Oh and also the fried okra. Very good portion. Sizes are great. Service is wonderful as well. Can’t wait to go back!

I ordered food from Woods barbecue in flint. and I called the manager Willie and complained about the shrimp and rib order but he told me that he could not fix my order and if he didn’t like the way his food was prepared at a restaurant, he would not go back there. So Mr Willie I like my order the first time I ordered from your business but I will not be coming back to your establishnent. Very poor customer service. I offered to bring the food back to him but he refused. Eat at your own risk. I spent 31 dollars. The catfish was good but the rib tips were tuff and boney and the shrimp was not crispy and tasty. Very dissatisfied customer

I ordered catfish. They missed half my order but corrected it immediately and gave me a $10 discount! My fish is Delicious, fried and seasoned to Perfection! Woods has been a staple in our community since I was a kid and the food is still good!

Spent a $137 for 3 slabs of ribs rib- tips dinner and fixing and these ribs was not even put on a grill they had no real smoke taste or nothing like they came out of the oven. I could of did that at home and know it would have tasted better than that
